Verified investors now earn MCoin rewards on qualifying activity — round participation, referrals of KYC-approved applicants, and staying opted-in for programme communications.
Rewards accrue automatically to your MOVO wallet and appear on the Investor dashboard under Rewards. Full rules and eligibility are documented inside the portal.
Every user-held crypto asset in MOVO now runs on a single self-custodied HD wallet. Keys are generated on your device, protected by biometrics, and never touch our servers in plaintext.
The change is silent for existing users — balances and addresses carry over. New assets can be added without a second wallet setup and cross-asset transfers between MOVO users settle instantly off-chain.
The dispute flow has been rebuilt around a single case timeline. Both sides can upload evidence — messages, photos, receipts — and see every action the other side and MOVO have taken, in order.
Median time-to-resolution has dropped from four days to under 36 hours in early testing. Automated reminders now nudge each side before the response window closes, so cases stop stalling.
